Fabrication and assembly are performed by qualified manufacturing partners under a controlled supply chain, with final assembly and controlled-component integration performed in the United States; no export-controlled components are released outside U.S. jurisdiction during fabrication or assembly.
This design-owner model lets MobilALLY scale production through vetted partners while retaining full ownership of the intellectual property and the cryptographic root of trust.
