Our Core Promise
We build hardware to protect your privacy, not software to exploit it. We do not collect, store, or have access to the messages, keys, or location data generated by your ALLY Mesh devices.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to process your orders and improve our website experience.
- Order Information: When you buy a product (via Kickstarter or direct), we collect your name, shipping address, and email address to fulfill the order. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (Stripe/Kickstarter); we do not store your full credit card number.
- Waitlist & Newsletter: If you sign up for our waitlist, we store your email address. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Website Analytics: We use anonymized analytics tools (including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use our site. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
2. Hardware Privacy (ALLY Mesh)
The ALLY Mesh device is designed with a Zero-Knowledge Architecture:
- Private Keys: Generated on-device inside the secure element. They never leave the hardware.
- Message Content: End-to-end encrypted using ML-KEM-1024. MobilALLY cannot decrypt your messages.
- Location Data: ALLY Mesh does not have a GPS module. Any location data used for mesh routing is transient and not reported to our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your Order Information solely to fulfill your order, communicate with you about the shipment, and screen for potential risk or fraud. We do not sell your personal data to data brokers, advertisers, or third parties.
4. Defense & Government Contracts
Information related to government contracts (Defense Solutions) is handled in strict accordance with DFARS 252.204-7012 and applicable CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) regulations. This data is isolated from our consumer databases.
